Strut your art stuff.
For Computer Colorists
Send artwork in black and white, alongside with your finished product. We would like to
see the picture as it develops up to the final stage. Also include what type of program you
use to color. Artwork submitted does not have to be comic related.
For Penciler
If you think you got the talent and want to be part of our family, send samples of
your work to Elektrikastudios@msn.com. Submit three pages of sequential art,
preferably of current comic book characters. DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL
CHARACTERS! ALL ARTWORK SENT TO OUR STUDIOS WILL BECOME PROPERTY
OF ELEKTRIKA STUDIOS
Pencilers should have a good knowledge of anatomy and an ability to create all
types of backgrounds. Pages should tell a story and show a sequence of events
clearly and without words. Figure foreshortening, light and shade, proper perspective,
and architectural knowledge are all important skills that pencilers should employ.
Avoid sending only pin-ups -- they are not the best way to convey your storytelling abilities
All artwork is going to be submitted to evaluation by our artist and in no way shape or form
does your entry guarantees a working position.
